Who we are

Purixa Cleaning Services (“Purixa”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Purixa. Our Canadian address is 59 Jessie St, Brampton, Ontario, and our United States address is 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110. We are responsible for the personal information under our control and comply with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario law.

What we collect

When you request a quote or book a clean, we collect the information you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, service address and postal code, the type and size of property, the add-ons and frequency you select, your preferred date and time, and any notes you write for the team.

When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we keep the content of that exchange so we can follow up on it.

Our web host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.

We never ask for payment card details through this website.

Why we use it

To prepare and send you a quote, to schedule and carry out the cleaning you booked, and to reach you about that visit.

To keep a record of the service provided, to invoice it, and to meet our accounting and tax obligations.

To answer your questions and handle any complaint or guarantee claim.

To send service updates and, only if you have asked for them, occasional offers. Every commercial message includes an unsubscribe link, as required by Canada’s anti-spam legislation (CASL).

Consent

Submitting a quote or booking form is your consent for us to use the information in it for the purposes above. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to hello@purixa-cleaning.ca, subject to the records we are legally required to keep.

We ask for separate, explicit consent before sending you marketing messages, and before setting any non-essential cookie or measurement tool.

Who we share it with

The cleaners assigned to your visit see the details they need to carry it out: address, access instructions, property details and your notes.

Service providers who operate this website and our tools (our web host, our email provider and our payment processor) handle personal information strictly on our instructions.

We disclose information to authorities only when the law requires it. We never sell or rent your personal information.

Some of our providers store data outside Canada, where it may be accessible to foreign courts and authorities. We choose providers that offer a comparable level of protection.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months.

Client and visit records, including invoices, are kept for 7 years to meet accounting and tax obligations, then deleted.

Server logs are kept for a short period, typically under 30 days.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Access to client records is limited to the staff who need it, and our cleaners are bound by confidentiality obligations as a condition of employment.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify you and the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as the law requires.

Your rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.

Write to hello@purixa-cleaning.ca and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The revised version is posted here with a new date, and material changes are announced on the site.
